high-speed differential signals into optical
fiber output through a high-performance photoelectric conversion

allowing users to connect a nearby display for real-time
local monitoring. The Receiver unit then accurately restores the
fiber-transmitted signals back to HDMI output,
maintaining signal integrity and synchronization between video and
USB HID signals.
