8 Port 100Mbps PoE Switch
LNK-208 Series PoE Switch is a powerful networking device that
offers 8 ports of 10/100BASE-TX PoE and 2 ports of 100Base-T
uplink. This switch is designed to automatically detect and supply
power to IEEE 802.3af/at compliant Powered Devices (PDs) for
seamless connectivity.
Equipped with a DIP switch Extend mode, the LNK-208 Series PoE
switch can support transmission distances up to 250 meters using
Cat.6 cable. This feature eliminates the worry of damage to
standard POE or Non-POE devices, as they will automatically power
off when not connected to a POE Device.
The LNK-208 Series PoE Switch is the perfect solution for expanding
your network in areas where power lines or outlets are not
available. With the ability to transmit both electrical power and
data through a single cable, this switch is ideal for connecting
devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and IP phones.
Features:
The device has a total of 10 ports, out of which 8 are 10/100M RJ45
POE ports and 2 are 10/100M RJ45 uplink ports. It supports
IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3U, and IEEE802.3af/at standards.
The Ethernet ports can operate at 10/100M speed and also have POE
function. The device has Flow Control feature, which follows
IEEE802.3x for full-duplex and Back Pressure for half-duplex.
It also has auto MDI/MDIX capability for all its ports. This device
works in a storing-and-forwarding mode, supporting line switching
and jumbo frame for all its ports.
The device has zero configuration features, automatically adapting
to the device connected. It has panel lights for monitoring the
working status and aiding in failure analysis.
The device also has a DIP switch Extend mode for supporting long
distance transmission of up to 250 meters using Cat.6 cable.
